Ron Wilcox, a native of upstate New York, attended the State University of New York at Geneseo and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism from the University of Montana in 1977. After spending several years as a newspaper reporter and editor, he attended the University of Denver College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree in 1983. Mr. Wilcox was a member of the Order of St. Ives and was a recipient of a Foundation Press Award. He also was a member of the Board of Editors of the Denver Law Journal.
Mr. Wilcox has practiced with Hill & Robbins since 1983. He is admitted to practice in the State of Colorado and in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Wilcox's practice concentrates on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on antitrust litigation and class actions, and has included litigation throughout the Rocky Mountain region, international arbitration in Hong Kong, and litigation involving challenges to off-shore trusts in Nevis and the Cook Islands.
