The firm has represented numerous public and private entities for compliance and litigation involving state and federal versions of CERCLA and the Clean Water Act. We have helped our clients successfully manage allegations of Superfund and state environmental liability for groundwater contamination, asbestos removal, and hazardous-waste cleanup issues. The firm has assisted clients with remedial investigation and feasibility studies, cleanup efforts, and negotiating administrative orders with state and federal agencies.
In an action brought by the United States EPA for alleged groundwater contamination at the Lowry Landfill Superfund site in Denver, the firm represented the Littleton/Englewood Bi-City Wastewater Treatment Plant in the negotiation of an Administrative Order and subsequent cleanup efforts.
