and classes in prosecuting and defending state and federal antitrust
claims. Before founding the firm, Robert Hill taught
antitrust law as a Visiting Associate Professor of Law at
the University of Colorado Law School and established the Antitrust
Section of the Colorado Attorney General's office where he
served as First Assistant Attorney General.

Co-Lead Counsel for a class of 350,000 natural gas consumers in Brewer
v. Southern Union Company, Civil Action No. 83-F-1173 (D. Colo.), involving natural
gas price-fixing in the State of New Mexico—settlements achieved in that
case recovered approximately $75 million for the class

Defense counsel for the City of Black Hawk and other Defendants in an antitrust suit brought by Central City. All claims against all Defendants were eventually dismissed by the Trial Court, including all antitrust claims, and the dismissal was affirmed by the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
- EchoStar Satellite Corporation v. Brockbank Insurance Services, et. al. (D. Colo. 2000): the firm represented a Lloyd's syndicate in defending a major antitrust action involving satellite insurance. After successfully persuading the court their jurisdiction was lacking, Echostar dismissed its claims.
